Want to improve your fitness, both physical and mental? Then come along and have some fun learning to dance.
We provide a basic introduction to Ballroom, Latin and Sequence Dancing. This group is for couples, or singles, to learn in a very relaxed environment, basic dance steps.
There will be lots of practice to help you in learning the steps.
A variety of dances will be covered, from ballroom (Waltz, Foxtrot, etc.) to Latin (Rumba, Cha Cha Cha, etc.).
We will also introduce you to a number of sequence dances based on the Ballroom and Latin genres.
It is hoped these will be fun and enjoyable sessions and participants will take away some useful dances that can be danced and adapted to most situations.
