Come and join us for an evening of BINGO! It'll be a lot of fun
We'll be playing ten games, split into two sessions with an interval.
Before we start you can buy as many separate ticket books as you want. Each book has a separate coloured ticket for each of the ten games. And there are prizes for each and every game.
Expert players can probably juggle up to six books at once - it's sometimes easier to manage as each called number will appear once in your ticket book for each game. But it's your choice how many to buy - so don't get too flustered! Each book is just 2€.
The bar offers a special tapas menu only for bingo players. You must order your snacks at the start of the evening so you won't be stuck in a queue at half-time.
This event isn't run to make a profit. After costs for buying the ticket books, everything else is distributed as prize money. So the prize will vary based on the number of people playing and the number of books bought. The more players and ticket books, the higher the prizes.
This trial event is to get your feedback, and help us decide whether to run bingo sessions regularly. So please make sure you give us your feedback.
You'll need to be a paid up member of u3a Oliva to take part - so don't forget to renew your membership if you haven't already.
u3a members can also sign in non-members as a guest for the evening - but the guest will pay a 2€ supplement. If your guests are likely to take part in other events or are interested in our 30+ groups, then perhaps it's more cost effective for them to join u3a Oliva now - remember it's just 10€ for the whole year! They can also join on the night, and save that 2€ entry charge.
Due to restricted numbers at the venue you need to book your places in advance! Please don't come along on the evening if you have not done this as we do not want to have to turn people away.
