We are thrilled to bring you a trip to Xativa Castle for our first trip of the year, even if you've been before we have a guided tour of the Castle in English which will surely enhance the experience.

We begin our tour in Xativa by catching the tourist train which takes us to where the magical Xàtiva Castle stands proudly overlooking the town.
This medieval fortress dates back to the Iberian and Roman times. Step inside and admire the ancient Islamic and Gothic walls and the castle’s various rooms and gateways.
The views from up here are really something else and we have a guided tour in English to make sure we don't miss a thing!
Next, we head down the hill and into Xátiva’s historic centre, where you’ll stumble across some incredible historic landmarks. The list of sights to see here goes on and on, but make sure to visit Asunción de Nuestra Señora Collegiate Church, also known as La Seu, to admire its impressive collection of religious art, and also the Gothic-style Old Royal Hospital.
Or maybe a visit to Santo Domingo Ex-Convent or the countless churches, chapels, old fountains and grand manor houses that shape the oldest part of the town. There’s so much history to see in Xátiva, and a great way to do it is by following the Borja Route, which unravels the town’s deep connection with this influential family.
Following all the sightseeing it's time to relax over lunch at one of the many restaurants serving menu del dia's or tapas.
It's a great value trip at just 17€ per person. And you can even bring guests too for 20€ per person.
