U3A Badminton - A Unique Opportunity to Join the Shuttlerockers !

This flyer is addressed to all members of U3A Oliva; to the sporting giants among us and to those who vaguely remember school sports day, but for whom the rest is a bit of a blur.
|
|
The badminton group is starting its new season in the coming week (beginning 5th September). Returning and new members are all welcome, independent of their playing level and/or past experience of badminton.
|
|
We play on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 09:00 and 11:00 in the sports hall of the Polideportivo (here) in Oliva. Drop us an email at badminton@u3aoliva.org or just turn up to one of the sessions with a pair of soft shoes. We have spare racquets for those of you that don’t yet own one.

Give it a try - you might love it. Equally, you might quite enjoy the games, but actually get most out of the banter and the extra-curricular socialising; finally there will be those among us who lace up our trainers but actually quite look forward to an early coffee with a nice group of new friends. Whatever your motivation, we are there to welcome you. Hope to see you very soon
