In response to a strong show of interest, the Ladies Self Defence Group will be starting up on 29th November 2022. It will meet weekly on Tuesdays at 6pm-7pm in Pensionistas (first floor). We are now well into a new year for U3A Oliva and most of the groups are up and running once more.
|
|
To that end, we must remind everyone of the requirement to be a member of the Oliva U3A to join a group.
|
|
One is allowed to attend two group meetings (as a 'taster'), without being a member, but continued attendence requires membership, which the group leader has to confirm by sight of your membership card.
|
|
Note, telling the leader your membership number is not enough.
|
|
Your card is available via the 'Your Profile' link on the membership page and can be saved, printed or (perhaps easiest), photographed to show the leader.
|
|
We are required to complete an annual update of our groups register and to ensure that each participant is a paid up member.
