Dear Group Leaders
We are now well into a new year for U3A Oliva and most of the groups are up and running once more. While keen to keep the administrative pressure on Group Leaders to a minimum, we are required to complete an annual update of our groups register and to ensure that each participant is a paid up member. To that end, I should be grateful if each one of you were to forward by the end of November a list of your group members and their U3A Oliva membership number, to groups@u3aoliva.org .

I should like to take this opportunity to thank you for the time and efforts you put into ensuring activities run smoothly and are enjoyable for our members. I shall be writing to you again in the next few weeks to announce the details of our annual Group Leaders meeting and send you a lunch invitation. This should give us an opportunity to get to know each other better and to share ideas on how to improve and extend our group activities.
