u3a Oliva is a vibrant organisation for people in our part of Spain, We offer more than 40 groups - from Art Appreciation to Zumba. And there are trips, events and even holidays on offer too.
Membership is open to anyone in their 'third age', where you've finished full time work or your kids have all grown up. Most of our members are retired and aged 50 or over.
It's just 10€ a year to be part of u3a Oliva.

Coffee morning and Living Well guest speaker
And if you'd like to chat face to face, then there's a great opportunity on Thursday 25th September. Come along to our members coffee morning at Tasca Olivense from 10:30 to 12:30.
This is a great opportunity to meet other members, chat to committee members and perhaps meet some of our group leaders too. And if you want to join, we can sign you up, and take your 10€ membership fee in cash.
And we have a special guest speaker too - a short talk about the factors that influence how we age, and importantly, how we can take better care of ourselves as we get older. This will be a really interesting one, so don't miss out. And there's a first come first served skin test too - a 15 second non invasive scan to analyse your skin carotenoid levels - a scientifically validated biomarker!
