Your u3a tries to provide help and support with questions or emergency problems.

There are loads of great organisations that offer help online. Here's a selection:
- Age in Spain - nonprofit organisation dedicated to helping older English-speakers navigate life in Spain with dignity, confidence, and connection. They offer great advice and support about all aspects of living in Spain.
- UK Government advice about living in Spain - on the gov.uk website and their Brits in Spain Facebook group
- Support in Spain - a helpful directory of places to get help, advice and support.
- Citizens Advice Spain - tailored advice and support
And we have links to a range of other useful websites on our About Us page.
We also have some useful information we've collected:
We may be able to offer extra help - for example, finding members who could help, offer advice about dealing with official processes, and even with simpler things like help with some shopping for you in an emergency.
We're urgently looking for volunteers to help out fellow members. That could be with something really practical like getting some shopping, or helping translations. If you'd be willing to help, please let us know.
