u3a Oliva offers a range of groups that can help you keep fit and healthy. When you want something more active, or a little more relaxed, there is a group for you.
For the more active, there's
- two badminton groups - one for badminton players of all abilities and another for intermediate / advanced badminton players
- padel sessions for beginners and intermediate players
- have some fun at Zumba
- try Walking Football. As the name implies, it's more about the ball skills, and no running allowed
- by the sea, try standup paddleboarding
- or have a round of Golf with some tuition from the club pro
If you want to improve flexibility
- then yoga could be for you
- join our Pilates classes
- have some fun with belly dancing
- move your hips with our latin dancing group, for singles and couples
- check out our line dancing group
- take a look at Body & Mind sessions - where movement, music and meditation all come together
- try our new Tai Chi sessions
- or try learning Flamenco
For the bowlers amongst us, try
- Lawn Bowling or
- learning Pétanque (a form of boules)
