Re-opens for groups from 6th October
All the groups that use rooms at the Pensionnistas centre can now get up and running.
Talk to your group leader to find out when your group is starting.
Emergency Exits
With the bar being closed, we've clarified emergency exit arrangements for the Pensionistas.
In case of any emergency, exit the building through the normal exit doors
If the main doors are closed, then exit through the Museum - this will take you to the exit at the back of the building. They're open: - Tuesday to Saturday mornings from (10:00 to 13:30). And in the afternoons from 17:00 to 20:00 (June to September) and 16:00 to 19:00 (October to May). - The museum is closed on Monday. If the door is closed during opening hours, knock and the staff will open it.
If any member has been locked in the building, the Group Leader should call the u3a Key Holder emergency number - the committee member will come and open the door. Members should wait by the exit door.
If for any reason there is a medical emergency, fire, etc. please phone the Emergency Services on 112.
Bar area closed for now
The Pensionistas bar area is currently closed. So we've needed to make new arrangements for some of our groups.

Groups that use the upstairs rooms are continuing to meet. The main doors will be open each morning until 1pm, with key holders needed for groups that meet later in the day.
Groups that use the bar area are finding alternative venues. Please get in touch with your group leader, keep an eye on the group pages of the website, and check our Facebook group for the latest news.
